Recently, I’ve given that question a lot of thought since we’ve decided to encourage the next generation to learn more about timeshare sales jobs. I have to conclude that there is no exact personality type that is far more successful than others in the timeshare sales jobs environment. There are a lot of companies now that pay a base salary of 3 or 4 hundred dollars a week but the bulk of your income will come in the form of commissions. Even the majority of a real estate broker's jobs pay is based on commission, so timeshare jobs pay is right on line with the other segments of real estate jobs.
Although timeshare sales jobs are commission based, I would not let that fact deter you alone. If you meet the requirements above and have a high level of dedication then the reward can be far worth the hassle. If you sell just a few deals a month you can earn more money than most people with a specialized college degree entering into their field of choice. With commissions ranging from 7% upwards to 25% and an average sales price between 15-25k you can easily see how if your good at it you can make a lot of money.
